For Customers
- Payments for all packages and services must be made in advance through the available payment gateways (Razorpay or PayPal).
- Refunds, if eligible, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and credited within 7–10 business days to the customer’s original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate billing details and sufficient funds for transactions.
For Trash Pickup Specialists
- Specialists will be compensated on a daily basis for completed and verified pickups.
- In case of payment delays due to technical or operational issues, all pending amounts will be cleared within 24–72 hours to the specialist’s registered bank account.
- Specialists must provide accurate banking information. Wastigo will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the specialist.
