Wastigo – Payment Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2016

For Customers

  1. Payments for all packages and services must be made in advance through the available payment gateways (Razorpay or PayPal).
  2. Refunds, if eligible, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and credited within 7–10 business days to the customer’s original payment method.
  3. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate billing details and sufficient funds for transactions.

For Trash Pickup Specialists

  1. Specialists will be compensated on a daily basis for completed and verified pickups.
  2. In case of payment delays due to technical or operational issues, all pending amounts will be cleared within 24–72 hours to the specialist’s registered bank account.
  3. Specialists must provide accurate banking information. Wastigo will not be held responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the specialist.
