Wastigo – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Wastigo (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to customers (“you” or “your”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

  1. Service Scope

Wastigo provides door-to-door waste collection for residential and commercial clients.

Waste must be organic, recyclable, or non-hazardous in nature.

Inspection is mandatory at each pickup. Our collectors are authorized to inspect the waste to ensure compliance.

  1. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must hand over the waste at the scheduled pickup time.

In the event of on-the-spot cancellation or refusal to hand over waste after the collector’s visit, a $7 cancellation fee will be charged.

Customers must ensure waste is properly packed, safe for handling, and does not contain hazardous, biomedical, chemical, or illegal substances.

  1. Hazardous or Illegal Waste

Wastigo does not accept hazardous, biomedical, chemical, flammable, toxic, or illegal materials.

If such waste is found during inspection, the customer will be solely responsible for its possession and disposal.

Any illegal waste discovered will be reported immediately to relevant government authorities for further action.

Neither Wastigo nor its directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any legal, criminal, or civil consequences arising from hazardous or illegal waste.

  1. Payments & Billing

Payments can only be made through Razorpay or PayPal.

All payments must be made in advance for the selected package.

Prices are non-refundable, except in cases where Wastigo fails to provide the agreed service.

  1. Liability & Disclaimer

Wastigo, its directors, and employees are not responsible for:

Customer-provided hazardous or illegal waste.

Any damage or incident caused by such waste.

Responsibility rests solely with the customer and the collector (after inspection).

Wastigo provides waste collection services only and does not guarantee compliance beyond the scope of collection and disposal.

  1. Termination of Service

Wastigo reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if:

Customers repeatedly fail to hand over waste.

Hazardous or illegal waste is identified.

Payments are not made in accordance with policy.

  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of relevant U.S. courts.

  1. Customers are responsible for ensuring that waste is properly packed, segregated, and ready for collection at the scheduled time.
  2. Hazardous, flammable, or illegal waste will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  3. Wastigo is not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
  4. Customers must ensure that waste is placed at a single designated collection point. If the waste is spread across multiple areas of the premises, an additional handling fee of $2 will apply.
  5. The company reserves the right to refuse service if the customer fails to comply with these terms.
  6. Any disputes will be subject to the governing laws of the service jurisdiction.
