Wastigo – Trash Pickup Specialist Terms & Conditions

  1. Professional Conduct & Customer Interaction

Trash Pickup Specialists must greet customers politely and maintain professional behavior at all times.

Disrespectful, abusive, or unprofessional behavior toward customers or colleagues will not be tolerated.

Specialists are expected to handle all pickups on time and with care.


  1. Waste Handling & Compliance

All waste must only be dropped at government-approved disposal points.

Dropping trash in unauthorized locations will be considered a serious violation and will be the sole responsibility of the Trash Pickup Specialist.

Any penalties, fines, or legal actions arising from unauthorized dumping will apply only to the Specialist. Wastigo, its directors, and employees will not be held liable.

If trash is not placed by the customer in one consolidated spot, an extra charge of $2 will be applied to the customer, which must be collected and recorded accordingly.


  1. Illegal or Hazardous Waste

Specialists must inspect all trash during pickup.

If hazardous, illegal, or restricted items are found, specialists must report immediately to Wastigo.

Wastigo reserves the right to escalate such cases to government authorities for further action.


  1. Safety Requirements

Specialists are required to maintain basic safety hygiene standards, including wearing clean attire and following safe handling procedures.

Any injury or accident occurring due to non-compliance with safety practices will be the responsibility of the Specialist.


  1. Payment Policy

Wastigo aims to release payments to Trash Pickup Specialists on a daily basis.

In rare cases of delays, payments will be cleared within 24 to 72 hours directly to the Specialist’s registered account.

Payments are processed through Razorpay or PayPal only.


  1. Documentation Requirements for Specialists

To join as a Trash Pickup Specialist with Wastigo in the USA, applicants must submit the following:

  1. Government-issued Photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, State ID, Passport)
  2. Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN (for tax compliance)
  3. Proof of Address (utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement)
  4. Background Check Authorization (to ensure compliance with local laws)
  5. Bank Account Details (for payment transfers via Razorpay or PayPal)
  6. Work Authorization Documents (if non-U.S. citizen, proof of eligibility to work in the USA)
  7. Contact Information (active phone number and email address)

  1. Independent Contractor Status

Trash Pickup Specialists are independent contractors, not employees of Wastigo.

Wastigo will not provide insurance, employee benefits, or assume responsibility for liabilities beyond agreed payments.


  1. Disciplinary Action

Failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions may result in:

Suspension or termination of contract.

Withholding of pending payments in case of verified violations.

Reporting to relevant government authorities if required.
